Terms and Conditions

Article 1
Terms of Payment
In order to process, your payment, we require a minimum deposit of 60% of the total purchase amount. Upon delivery of your order, payment (COD) shall be made, and the COD amount shall include the full amount of the balance due on the terms delivered.
     The only acceptable forms of payment are cash, Mastercard or Visa.
Once you ordered is placed with us, we begin the procurement process and therefore we cannot accept cancellations. THERE ARE NO CANCELATIONS, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED FROM ULUWATU!

Article 2
Delivery
Items will be scheduled for delivery when your entire order is received in our wharehouse. If your home is not accessible to our trucks, will will transport your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide transportation from our truck to your home.
     If a scheduled delivery is cancelled, refused, or no one is at home to accept it, you agree to pay a re-delivery fee. Re-delivery must take place within 48 hours of the original delivery date and if you fail to accept your items within 48 hours you forfeit all deposits made in connection with the merchandise ordered by you and relinquish to Uluwatu all rights, title, and interest in that merchandise. Uluwatu IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STORAGE OF FURNITURE ONCE IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. 

Article 3
Delivery Timing
Uluwatu is committed to delivering our customers furniture in the shortest time possible by doing everything we can within our control. Nevertheless, Uluwatu has no control over the manufacturers timeline for production and loading containers or generally over arrivals and dispatch of ships in our ports or other shipping vehicles. Our delivery times are approximately 7 to 16 weeks, subject to these limitations.

Article 4
Damage 
It is important that each item be carefully and thoroughly inspected by you immediately upon delivery. If damage or defect is noticed after the delivery is made, you must notify Uluwatu immediately. If this cannot be taken care of by Uluwatu, it will be taken care of immediately.

Article 5
Warranties
Uluwatu takes pride in the products and services it offers. The choice and the selection is the customers’ responsibility. Although we cannot guarantee the customers pleasure in his or her selection, we warrant that all merchandise will be shipped in a condition that meets standard set by the manufacturer. You hereby accept and acknowledge all responsibility for any limitations in website or catalog ordering, including details and variations in: wood coloring and distressing, fabric, and construction materials.
